  SM  MABAS Division 54 was officially formed in November of 2004 with
                     15 Charter Members and has since grown to include 24 Fire
                     Departments and EMS agencies.           

                          Charter Members:  Altamont FPD,  Brownstown FPD, Dieterich FPD, Edgewood FPD,
                          Effingham FD, Farina FPD, Montrose FPD, Olney FD, Shumway FPD, Stewardson FPD,
                          St. Elmo FPD, Teutopolis FPD, Wade FPD, Watson FPD & Vandalia FD.
